Warranty 

• Warranty is not available on physical damage.
• Warranty is not available on burnt products.

If you find any product defect other than stated above, then follow below procedures to take claim the warranty:

1. Inform our team about the defect.
2. Team may ask for video/photo of the product before proceeding.
3. Customer need to bear the courier charges for sending the product.
4. Once, the product is received, defect check will be performed internally.
5. If the product needs repair then our team will get the product repaired and will send back to you.
6. If product cannot be repaired in that case, we will send you the new product.

Terms & Condition:

• You not eligible for warranty in case of product damage.
• You not eligible for warranty in case product is burnt.
• You need to send back the product with all the packaging:
  • Box of the product
  • Brand should be visible
  • Photocopy of the Invoice
• No cash/refund will be given
• Customer has to bear charges for shipping the product for warranty.
